Andy Bhatnagar is a technology executive and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation, digital modernization, and operational excellence across public and private sectors.

With more than 15 years of deep municipal government experience, Andy has worked closely with City Managers, CIOs, IT Directors, Finance Leaders, Community Development departments, and executive leadership teams to modernize operations, improve citizen services, and lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives. His extensive understanding of municipal government operations—including finance, permitting, land management, public works, HR, time and attendance, citizen services, and enterprise systems—gives him a unique ability to bridge technology with the real operational needs of local government.

Andy has successfully led large-scale modernization and ERP transformation programs supporting municipalities across North America, helping public sector organizations navigate digital transformation, operational efficiency, compliance, and technology modernization with confidence.

As the Founder of Kreative Verse Group, Andy leads a dynamic portfolio spanning AI-driven technology solutions, digital transformation consulting, education ventures, and real estate development. His focus is on building scalable businesses that combine innovation, operational excellence, and meaningful community impact.

Before launching Kreative Verse Group, Andy founded and led Kreative Core Technologies, where he built a reputation for delivering high-impact enterprise transformation solutions, particularly within the public sector and municipal technology ecosystem.

Having held leadership roles with global organizations including CGI, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Wells Fargo, and UBS, Andy combines executive vision with hands-on execution to help organizations embrace innovation, solve complex challenges, and achieve measurable outcomes.

Brian Siriban serves as Director of Operations and Support at ArtifexIT, bringing over 7 years of experience at the intersection of business development, sales operations, client engagement, and administrative support.
